Sisley

Chantal Lehmann worked for the prestigious cosmetics brand Sisley for 8 years as International Training Manager. Sisley’s first request was the creation of a Discovery Protocol for the development of the brand in large department stores around the world.

Subsequently, a meeting with the owners of the Byblos in Saint Tropez (who wanted a spa for their 40th anniversary) led to the first complete spa menu with facials and body massage rituals. 

The mission included the creation of a new universe and market for the brand: the development of the treatment menu, the realization of training tools, the training of the teams, the development of specific products.

Nivéa / Beisdorf

Press and public relations consulting,
